When you submit a strategy-call request or contact Metric Stack Digital by email, you may provide your name, work email, company, store URL, ecommerce platform, revenue range, challenge and project context.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, understand whether Metric Stack Digital can help and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
It is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages, content is managed through Sanity, and strategy-call form submissions are processed by Formspree. Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect the form from automated abuse and may process device and interaction information for that purpose. These providers process information to operate their respective services.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page performance, including Core Web Vitals. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, and Metric Stack Digital does not use it to identify individual visitors or build advertising profiles.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
